Plank




The plank is one of the best exercises to improve your core. It strengthens your core, arms, shoulders, back, glutes and legs.





How to Do a Plank

  1. Position your elbows directly beneath your shoulders.
  2. Put your feet hip-width apart.
  3. Maintain a straight body from head to feet.
  4. Squeeze your quads, glutes, and core.

Mountain Climber



This exercise is like a plank with movement and is perfect for both balance and your core.










How to do Mountain Climbers
  1. Go into the plank position with your arms directly beneath your shoulders.
  2. Lift your knee toward your chest while keeping your back straight and hips down.
  3. Return the leg you started with and lift your other knee.
  4. Do this continuously.

Bridge





This exercise improves core, lower back and glutes strength.










How to do Bridge
  1. Go on your back. Bend your knees and plant your feet to the ground.
  2. Place your hands at your side facing down or up.
  3. Raise your hips until your knees are in line with your shoulders.
  4. Hold for 10-60 seconds.
