Two Exercises you should start doing more.

Burpee


Burpees is a full-body workout that builds strength and endurance in both your lower and upper body, it also improves explosive speed and strength.





How to do it:
  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart from each other.
  2. Bend down in the squat position then place your hands on the ground between your legs.
  3. Jump (not too big) then go into a pushup position.
  4.  Lower your self into the push-up and rise
  5. Jump and land in the squat position
  6. Then stand to end one repetition.

Jumping Jacks

Jumping Jacks help build muscle in your arms, glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves.



How to do it:

  1. Stand upright with your legs together and arms at your sides.
  2. Jump into the air.
  3. As you jump, spread your legs to be shoulder-width apart. Stretch your arms out and over your head.
  4. Jump back to where you began.
  5. Repeat.
