Burpee
Burpees is a full-body workout that builds strength and endurance in both your lower and upper body, it also improves explosive speed and strength.
How to do it:
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart from each other.
- Bend down in the squat position then place your hands on the ground between your legs.
- Jump (not too big) then go into a pushup position.
- Lower your self into the push-up and rise
- Jump and land in the squat position
- Then stand to end one repetition.
Jumping Jacks
Jumping Jacks help build muscle in your arms, glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves.
How to do it:
- Stand upright with your legs together and arms at your sides.
- Jump into the air.
- As you jump, spread your legs to be shoulder-width apart. Stretch your arms out and over your head.
- Jump back to where you began.
- Repeat.
